After experiencing the taste of victory, it's like the UT squad can't lose anymore in cups. Result: obtaining the maximum of three out of three gold! Our godfather Ares has described this result as "AWESOME!".

iCTFzp div3
We started the iCTF cup with a new defence couple: Defiant and our new recruit Acidslam aka Diver. Our attack consisted of Disasterke, Bigthumb, kE and our second new recruit tonfish. It turned out to be a good combination, losing only one map and drawing twice in the entire cup. Both the semifinal vs neatos and the final vs xan were done in three maps.



iDOMzp div2
For the iDOM cup we were extra motivated after ending up last in the previous season. Because Valiant went inactive, expecting a new addition to his family, we recruited Monk to complete our team. After lots of practise and a nice groupmatch vs SEPiX, the cup turned out in an anti-climax. In the semi-final our opponent wasn't able to field their skilled team and the final was won by no-show.



BT div3
GoC was lead to victory in this cup by Disasterke, who firstly got supported by kE and Bigthumb and later in playoffs by Monk. After four tense maps the final vs /rand was decided on mining facility.



Played more than 1000 matches!
The BT final was extra special, because it was our thousandths game on clanbase! It took us eight years to do it

Both the UT and UT2004 squad participated in the summercups held by clanbase.

UT wins GOLD!
The impossible has happened, the UT squad has actually won something! In the double-elimination 5on5 iCTF zp summer cup we won the 3rd division, by winning all games. In four maps KwR was beaten in the final



UT2004 wins silver
In the meanwhile, the 2k4 squad managed to get 2nd in the 3on3 iCTF summercup. The main people in this succes were VonDutch, Wiking and Sexymusicguy. Hooray!

Two cupseasons have passed since the last update on this site, time for an update!

Silver in iDOM
In the fall 2008 cup we managed to get silver in the division 2 of the iDOM ZP cup! Quite a remarkable and unexpected result, since this division was much harder as division 3 in spring 2008.



Twice bronze in iCTF
We also managed to get bronze twice in iCTF! First one was a bit dissapointing in the nzp iCTF cup fall 2008, division 3. After our silver in division 2 a year earlier we expected more. Without playing nzp regurarly we performed much weaker



However, we had our revenge in the spring 2009 zp cup, which was arranged by our new member Disasterke! After winning our group and beating neatos in the quaterfinal, we lost against dmk after losing the toss and being a bit unlucky on our only own map. Game vs =vl= in the losers final turned out in an exciting five mapper, with us winning in the end!



In the final map kE did a 1 grab - 1 cap as a defender, while Disasterke basicly was the real rambo clearing the base from all attackers on his own

Good news, our UT squad is still succesfull! Since ares went inactive, we took one price after another.

#1 in UT ladder
Since today we're finally #1 in an UT ladder, 2on2 UT soccer! Ok, it's only a small one, but it still counts!



#2 in iDOM ZP Cup Spring 2008
Against all odds we became second in division 3 of the iDOM cup last spring. While gaining experience thru the cup, we managed to get silver after a very close final.



Last summer we managed to reach finals in the iDOM ZP Quad Summer Cup too

New members, high activity
We've been recruting a few new members, like ValiantKnight, Majinx, Marv and PurplePants. We also recruted tjen to teach us iDOM. All these new members certainly have boosted recent activity.
